What this notice covers

This notice covers the websites happyurology.com and its Spanish companion urofeliz.com. It is the website privacy notice; it is not the practice’s HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided at the office and available on request.

Information you send us

Our consultation forms collect your name, contact details (phone, email) and an optional message, for one purpose: so the office can reach you. Please do not submit sensitive medical information (diagnoses, records, images) through website forms — those details belong in your confidential consultation.

Submissions are transmitted securely through our infrastructure providers — Cloudflare (the platform the site runs on) and Resend (which delivers the message to the office email) — and handled as office correspondence. Spam is filtered by Cloudflare Turnstile, which works without identifying you.

Information collected automatically

To improve the site we use analytics — Google Analytics 4 and PostHog (with everything you type masked). These run by default; you can opt out at any time, and we automatically honor your browser’s Global Privacy Control (“do not sell/share”) signal. We do not load a third-party advertising pixel in your browser. Details, and how to change your choice, are in the Cookie Policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use website form data for marketing lists without your consent.

Your choices

Contact the office to ask what contact information we hold from a website submission, or to have it deleted. You can revoke cookie consent at any time from the Cookie Policy page.
