Recognized Authority in Penile Implant Surgery

Dr. Gheiler isn’t only a high-volume implant surgeon — he’s one of the surgeons Boston Scientific calls on to teach the procedure to other physicians. He appears on Boston Scientific’s clinical-education programs on AMS 700 technique and infection prevention, presenting alongside Dr. Mohit Khera (Baylor College of Medicine) and Dr. Kansas.

He was also among the first physicians in the world named a Boston Scientific AMS 700 Center of Excellence, in the program’s first month (February 2024).

He also directs the Nova Southeastern University fellowship in prosthetic urology and men’s health, an SMSNA Select–listed program of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America.
