Dr. Gheiler isn’t only a high-volume implant surgeon — he’s one of the surgeons Boston Scientific calls on to teach the procedure to other physicians. He appears on Boston Scientific’s clinical-education programs on AMS 700 technique and infection prevention, presenting alongside national academic leaders including Dr. Mohit Khera (Baylor College of Medicine) and Dr. Tobias Köhler (Mayo Clinic).

He was also among the first physicians in the world named a Boston Scientific AMS 700 Center of Excellence, in the program’s first month (February 2024).
